Simple Banana Bowl

Ingredients

1 ripe banana

Mix-ins and toppings of your choice:

cinnamon, vanilla, granola, coconut, berries, hempseeds, pepitas, edible flowers, etc.

Directions

  1. Peel and mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Add in anything you like -- a little cinnamon and vanilla is nice for flavor.
  3. Top with berries, granola, seeds, etc.
  4. Enjoy

Notes

You can mix in your favorite probiotic powder if you'd like.  Sometimes I will culture the mashed banana overnight for a slightly tangy, almost yogurt-like treat!
