This workshop is all about shifting your relationship with sugar.  Learn how to stop craving sugar without feeling deprived.  Try natural, healthy, alternative sweeteners.  This is the best workshop for anyone who drinks soda, eats flavored yogurt, breakfast cereal, packaged snacks or cookies... you will learn how to read labels so you can make smarter choices and you'll also leave with some recipes that will satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way.

EAT TO BEAT INFLAMMATION
Find out which foods and herbs can help reduce inflammation and boost your immune system.  This class is great for everyone, but is especially helpful for those challenged with Heart Disease, Diabetes, Thyroid issues and Auto Immune conditions

Come and learn about juicing.  Learn why raw foods are healthy and learn how easy it is to prepare them.  In this primer, participants have the chance to try juices and smoothies and will check out some cool kitchen tools that make preparing raw foods fun.  Lots of recipes in the handouts for this workshop.  You'll leave inspired and excited to try new things!

GLUTEN FREE GOODNESS
Gluten free because you need to be or gluten free because you're curious... it doesn't matter.  In this popular workshop, you will learn some basics about gluten including how and where it can hide on labels.  You will also learn simple swaps for favorite foods that will let you transition to gluten free eating easily.  Topics covered will include gluten free baking as well as gluten free main meals and snacks too!  Lots of gluten free flours, gluten free grains and goodies will be available for participants to check out.  Recipes included in this informative and fun workshop.

CLEAN IT UP!
Learn about toxins in foods, personal care products and our environment.  Participants leave with clear, easy strategies for clean eating and healthy living that help reduce the toxic burden on the body.  This workshop can be customized by adding a make and take module where Sarah will show everyone how to create non-toxic versions of household cleaners, air fresheners, deodorant, body butter, hair care, etc.

EATING FOR ENERGY
Learn which foods will boost your energy and help you power through the day, doing more in less time! Ultimate class for a busy person on the go.

WOMEN'S HEALTH
Learn how to get in sync with your body and take advantage of the hormone highs and lows in your cycle.  Adaptable for any age group, but particularly appropriate for pre-teens through menopausal ladies.  Topics covered include moodiness, PMS, cramps, heavy periods, PCOS, hormonal headaches and hot flashes. Learn how to end your misery and feel fabulous all month long!

AYURVEDA FOR LIFE
Learn how to apply the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to your everyday life. Not a diet, this tradition takes the whole you into account, is seasonal and appropriate for all ages and stages.

ENERGIZE  
This workshop focuses on foods, behaviors and a lifestyle that will increase energy.   With easy simple techniques you and your employees can have increased energy that can be felt in a matter of days! The dreaded afternoon slump is tackled in this workshop.  Expect practical, easy solutions that will help everyone stay bright eyed and engaged in the office.


MOOD MATTERS
This workshop dives into the connection between food and mood.  We cover the energetics of food, seasonal eating and proper hydration.  We touch on the science of amino acids and their impact on mood modulating neurotransmitters.  Participants also learn the ins and outs of timing meals to match their body clock. 


THE FOCAL POINT
This workshop zooms in on the foods, drinks and lifestyle strategies that are linked to improved focus.  Participants will explore a short guided meditation, try their hand at zentangle and leave with a mandala.  The techniques and take aways from this workshop can be applied anywhere, anytime and by anyone.  Great material to share!
